Fires continue. It has surrounded Lake Arrowhead, and most say Arrowhead is going to go bye bye. Big Bear is also in big danger. *shrug* we shall see. Well no math class tomorrow, so I'll do my calculus homework then and try to catch up. I just don't understand how the tan, sin, and cos things work, and if I don't understand something, I have a hard time just memorizing formulas.
Let's see... when I got to the office, Chris had found a new domain name: unibee.com. What do you think? I think it is easier to remember than eluni.com or elumi.com. You can associate a bee with it and it becomes easy to remember. We'll see if that's what we are going to stick to. I don't mind buying all the names we think of for 2 reasons. First, its only $5.41 a year. Second, he's paying, not me. Sure sounds good to me :-). I want to run the unibee name by Vahe (the guy we met yesterday) because he does an excellent job of being devil's advocate. George said he met with a potential client and showed them the site, and they were really impressed. Let's hope we get at least that sale. I really do need some cash flow. On that note, the Blue Media checks came. Very professional, very sexy. I want to use them, and I don't want to use them, because that would mean giving money :-). For paying ourselves, I think writing checks would be the best tradeoff.
Anyways, I got the commerce example for ASP.NET to work. I am really liking .NET and how easy it is to create pages. I want to slowly start converting BlueONE to .NET. I want to get Ara's input on it too. It is so hard to get a hold of that guy! I hope that doesn't become a problem when it comes to coding, etc.
It's a wednesday so that means bitch day. Left for school at 5:30pm, got there at around 5:45ish. Not bad eh? I #### on the way, which I really shouldn't because I don't want that in the car. Once a week turned into once or twice a day :-/ I don't really care though, I've given up on the whole pure and innocent shit. I did talk to #### again today, seemed to go fairly well. Sociology class wasn't bad. We watched a documentary on the 1998 texas incident where 3 white men took a black man, tied him to the back of their truck, and drove for a few miles. He ended up hitting a pipe and getting his right arm and head cut off. Ouch. I can't believe any human being would be that heartless and full of hate to be able to do something like that. I can't even begin to see their perspective.
That's about it for now, I don't have time to do any philosophy thinking, so I don't write much about it. I really have to start managing my time a little better. How about I start now? Off to the showers, then bed. Goal is to be asleep by 11:30 so that I can get almost 8 hours of sleep. Bonne nuit!!
