States like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world.

And all nations should know: America will do what is necessary to ensure our nation's security.

what he said doesn't mean he is going to invade or attack north korea. just bascially a warning not to fuck with us. personally id love to nuke the gooks.
All the gooks need to be slapped down so they will know they can't go around making threats to us.
