It's Monday Again!

Time for some more facts. I've included a few "personal" facts as well.

  1. Thirty percent of bottled water sold in the United States comes from municipal sources (i.e., it's somebody's tap water).
  2. I use one towel for my upper body and another towel for my lower body to dry off after showering.
  3. Portland, San Jose, Buffalo, Columbus, San Francisco, Denver, San Diego, Sacramento, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Riverside (CA) are tied for the cleanest drinking water in the world.
  4. I must close any half open doors in the room I am in.
  5. Osama bin Laden is left handed.
  6. The 3% "federal excise tax" on your cell phone bill actually started in 1898 to help pay for the Spanish-American War. One hundred years and we're still fighting the good fight I guess.
  7. Do you know the names of the three wise monkeys? They are: Mizaru (See no evil), Mikazaru (Hear no evil), and Mazaru (Speak no evil).
  8. 80% of millionaires drive second-hand cars
  9. There are more than 7 million millionaires in the world.
  10. In the US, murder is committed most frequently in August and least frequently in February.
I hope that lasts you for the week!
