Deja Vu?

Last year, October 10, 2005, I got a call from a random broker saying Honeywell stock is going to shoot to $60 within the next 6 months and that it is going to get bought. I blogged about this, saying:

What would happen if I took the advise of a random stock broker and buy Honeywell stock? He says it will jump to $60/share in the next 3 to 6 months. Let's see.
October 10 Closing Price: $35.87

Now, a year later, the same guy calls and says the exact same things about Honeywell. The current price of the stock? $42.62. Not a bad 18% increase, but nothing close to the $60 I was promised.

Is there something I'm missing? Is this a new, very odd, scam?
