Home Listings Without Pictures or Why Blind Dates Don't Work
I am so shocked that when people try to sell their most expensive and important asset, their house, they put in almost zero effort. The same goes for their real estate agent.
Searching through dozens of listing websites and looking at thousands of homes available for sale, only about 1/10 have a picture. Of those that do have a picture, 95% are either really small, really blurry, or a single shot of the home when it's already getting dark outside.
What the hell is wrong with everyone? 99.9% of car listings have a picture attached. Most with multiple shots. You're telling me that people spend more time selling a $10,00 car than selling a $1,000,000 home? AND NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING?
We need a resource where home listings are required to have multiple GOOD photos along with a very thorough description and a street address. This is ridiculous! I am officially declaring shenanigans!
