Comment Spam - The Next BigThing

Well I have become a victim of comment spam. About a dozen comments were posted overnight for penis enlargement. Little do they know I do not need such things :-X

Anyways, to win the war on terror and spam, I have added word verification. So to my millions of fans who leave comments, you will now be asked to type in a word you see after posting a comment. Yes, I know this affects the 80% of Americans that read this blog (or is it 0.000000008% ?) and I apologize for the inconvenience.

But as we all learned from the Patriot Act, we must give up some freedoms to fight the war on terror!!!!!!!!!

Self Control?

Having spent over $1,200 last month on dining alone, I wonder if it is possible to survive on a $400 dining budget. September shall be the test month.

I realized today that my frivolous spending amounts to a mortgage on a house. Time to strap down, pay off all credit cards, increase my income by at least 50%, and start saving and investing.

My Lady In Red

So like it's been over a month since I posted. If there is any indication as to how hectic my life is at the moment, this is it! Haven't I said that before? A LOT of times actually? Anyways, let us move on to business.

So there is a big hurricane that's causing everyone and their mother to evacuate. Not cool, but they should know about that. It's like living in California and being surprised when we have an earthquake. At least with a hurricane they get some kind of warning.

The housing bubble continues to expand as if a fat kid was blowing the bubble. In June 2005 the US personal savings rate officially hit 0.0%. Yes, ZERO. No one is saving anymore, everyone is just banking on their house's rising equity. Long story short: the burst is coming. I think I'll wait for the burst before buying investment properties. No point in buying a house at the apex of the market.

My lady recently turned the big 20! Happy birthday Araks jan! I LOVE YOU! And with that, my 21st birthday is fast approaching, with 72 days remaining. Of course, the required trip to Vegas will occur, but I also want to have a nice gathering. Planning shall commence once the number of days remaining has decreased to an alarmingly low number.

Not much to say about the last month. Mostly it involved 15 hour work days and wonderful Sundays with the "boo" (yes, my friendly ghost).

Someone give me a topic to write about! WRITER'S BLOCK!!!!!!!
